It was in an unbeatable location next to Trinity. Was set in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were helpful.

It was a beautiful hotel in an excellent lcation.
We waited 30 minutes at the lounge for a drink. When we asked for someone to come and light the fireplace we waited 45 minutes, it spoiled the moment, so we called the front desk and told them to forget it, Very disappointing !! They really neeed to raise the level of service.

great location but needs better furnishings
The very nice location put us near all the loveliest spots in town. The Junior Suite we stayed in offered a spacious layout that felt cute.
The furnishings felt somewhat dated and didn't match the quality expected for the price.

Unique and romantic rooms with a fireplace and super-comfy king bed, for example. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Excellent and favourable location just walking distance from a history museum.

100% recommend for a two-day stay
Charming hotel, helpful staff, with a very convenient location for exploring local attractions and easy 24-hour reception service for assistance. The clean, comfortable Junior Suite we stayed in featured a plush king-size bed and was perfect for recharging after a day of sightseeing.

There is a christian cross in every room, almost on every wall, wherever you look. A christian cross over the bed? Too much. The decor was beautiful, just too bad it is overpowered by an owner's simple worldview that his/her religion should be in your face.

The location was excellent. The inner court ambiance was very pleasant, the staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Underground parking was easy and reasonable at $14 daily.
The bathroom did not have a hairdryer and my hairdryer kept shorting out. No refrigerator or safe in the suite.

The location was perfect for exploring, and we enjoyed the Magical Heirlooms of Chimayó Day Tour. We also went to the striking open-air theater, and it was a great experience. The staff was super helpful, and we loved having a fireplace in our room!
The bathroom was a bit small and the heating system could've worked better, but it didn't take away from our overall experience.

Great location. Pleasant rooms. For Santa Fe, a pretty decent room for the price, in spite of the negatives noted.
They say they have completed remodeling all rooms - We stayed there 20 years ago (it was the Plaza Real) and decor and furniture are the same. Maybe new carpets and paint is all they did. Remodel is not complete - no artwork in rooms. Bath/vanity areas are cramped. No wifi (you can get a weak signal from the public library next door). Single-hung windows require a stick (provided) to hold them open.

I wished that there was room service, but otherwise a wonderful stay.

Checking in was easy, and I loved that the staff took the time to start the fireplace in my room each night. The hotel has lovely garden spots to relax, perfect for just kicking back with a book. The only downside was that the bathroom could have used a bit more space, but honestly, it didn't really affect my stay 😊
